  • 1 How long does it take for a tracking number to start working?

    As soon as the parcel is collected and it is recorded in the system, the tracking number is activated, and the updates will start showing in the parcel tracking system. If your parcel was collected early in the morning, the system might only be updated at the end of the day when the parcel reaches the depot.

  • 2 What should I do if the transit or delivery status is not updated for a long time?

    If the delivery status remains unchanged for more than 48 hr, please send us a message, and one of our experts will personally check your case. It might be normal for the delivery to take longer when shipping to remote locations such as islands. Still, in other cases, such delay might be caused by a lack of address information or any other reason. This is why we always recommend you follow your parcel periodically using our international parcel tracking system.

  • 3 How long will it take for my parcel to arrive at their destination?

    This depends on where they are being shipped to. Each destination has different transit times. We will give you an estimated time of arrival once your shipment starts.

  • 4 Why is the tracking system useful?

    With international parcel tracking, you can monitor the transit of your package, the current status and the location of your shipment at any time. By reading the updates in the tracking system, you will be able to estimate the day when the parcel will be delivered. At the same time, you will also be able to see if any issues occurred during transit and resolve them promptly.

  • 6 I have tracked a shipment and been told to contact Adimell. Why is this?

    This usually occurs if the information we have is insufficient to track the shipment for you. Additional information or clarification may be required in the event of an incorrect address, for example. The matter can be resolved very quickly by contacting customer services.

  • 7 What is a Tracking Number and where can I find it?

    A tracking number or ID is a combination of numbers and possibly letters that uniquely identifies your shipment for national or international tracking. Usually, the shipper or online shop is able to provide the tracking number or ID. If you have ordered a product in an online shop, the confirmation email or shipment tracking notification often contains the tracking number or ID. If not, please contact your shipper or online shop.

  • 8 When will my tracking information appear?

    Tracking information usually appears within 24 hours after receiving the Track and Trace ID. In general, once the shipment has reached our facility, a tracking event will appear.
